A retelling of the many adventures Kirby has had over the years since 1992.
Updates Saturdays and sometimes Wednesdays.
Panels 9-18 were made as a direct reference to A Kirby Komic. The guy with the Tails doll is the author, Metaknight2716.
...Steak! I forgot the credit tagline!
This page has been remade! Link to the original is here.
This page. Hoo boy, THIS page. If you haven't already seen the review Ultizeta did of KDLA, one of his main criticisms was that I'd sometimes outright rip off jokes. Now, I don't necessarily agree that they were all like that - some had clearly different context to them, making a new joke out of that - but in the original version of this, I just straight-up recreated several strips from A Kirby Komic. Which especially didn't make sense with my Kirby being somewhat smarter than that version.
So, obviously the answer to fixing that was to go extremely out of my way to give actual context outside of pure reference to one particular line: "Whatever you say, table". That's how I handle my nonsensical choices of past, by going way past the point of reason to construct jokes out of it.
I genuinely don't even know if this is more or less annoying than the original! Especially to new readers who may not have seen how this ties in to pages set several arcs later, and are just wonder why there's a Simirror here and why they were pretending to be a tea table. (My only explanation to those new readers for right now: A Wizard Did It.)
Typo Nazi on the loose!
YOU SPELLED ROGUE WRONG AGAIN!
You told me that when I first posted the comic on TCF. I know already.-_-'
I think "rouge" is Kirby's color in the games... you are actually right, CLY!
